C&N53 – Wool Sale – 30 June 2022
The last sale of the 21/22 season, with an offering of approximately 20,000 bales in the North and South Island, saw prices ease across most categories.
Economic uncertainty throughout the world continues to impact on the wool industry.
Better full length pre lamb types is starting to attract attention, but short second shear wools are struggling to find a level. The start of the pre lamb Mid Micron wools are seeing competition very uncertain. Merino oddments and second shear types continue to attract good competition.
