N52 – Wool Sale – 25 Jne 2020

Prices at today’s North Island wool sale continued to flounder along at recent levels. While the New Zealand exporters have been able to sell NZ Wool, allowing throughput of the supply chain, the worsening international Covid-19 situation will continue to hinder economic recovery. As we all understand this economic recovery is essential to restoring wool prices.
XBD Fleece ~ Nominally 2% cheaper.
XBD 2nd Shear ~ Par to 2% cheaper.
1st Lambs ~ Generally par to 2% cheaper.
XBD 2nd Shear Oddments ~ 2 to 4% cheaper.

Passings:
Sale approximately 9%
CPW 5%
